We have the ability to cater for a diverse range of function over a number of spaces. Along with the bistro and surrounding outside area we can also cater for a pool side cocktail party, a romantic beach wedding, as well as private dinner parties.

Do you have takeout/take away?
Drift & Wood’s full Menu is available for takeaway. While we try to do all our takeaway as quickly as possible there may be delays if in a busy period at the restaurant, times will be advised when order is taken.
Can I make a reservation?
Bookings are appreciated to guarantee you a table, however we do accept walk-ins if tables are available. Book online now or call us on (07) 4837 7199. If it's during service time ie 5-9pm best to call the restaurant as I often will not have the chance to check emails or social media.

What type of food do you serve in your restaurant?
Drift & Wood have a range of style foods, sourced from farmers and producers in our region. Our menu offers grazing boards, freshly made pizzas and desserts, and includes seasonal specials all year round. Please browse our menu for a full list of menu items. All dietary requirements can be catered for if the kitchen is notified at the time of booking.
Do you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?
Yes we cater for any allergies and dietary requirements, there are a number of dishes on the menu that are GF DF we will endeavour to accommodate and are happy to go through with the guest what they can have.
What types of credit cards do you accept?
Drift & Wood accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Eftpos, Bitcoin. There is a 15% surcharge on public holidays. For functions there is also a credit card surcharge for payment.
What is the Dress Standard?
Can I bring a cake or outside food to your restaurant?
You may only bring a birthday or wedding cake.
Do you have gluten free menu items?
Yes some of our items are gluten free, please browse the menu.
All dietary requirements can be catered for if the kitchen is notified at the time of booking.
Do you host corporate events during the week?
We have a great space for corporate events and are able to host these functions during the week. Please contact us for further information and tailored quotes for your next corporate function.
Can you accommodate large parties/private functions?
Yes we can you can hire the entire venue or part of for a function. Conditions will apply to this, they can be discussed when making the booking. Contact Us.
Do you host events other than weddings?

Are you pet friendly?
Drift & Wood is pet friendly, so be sure to bring along your furry friend when you next visit. All pets will need to be on a leash at all times and are only permitted outside.

No, however we are located within Sandcastles 1770 Motel & Resort they can be contacted directly.
If you are looking to have a function with us and need accommodation along with Sandcastles can look at a group booking price.
